Privacy Policy
RedProp is a team of salespersons with PropNex Realty Pte Ltd (Estate Agent Licence No. L3008022J). This notice explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, phone number, email address and messages.
- Property details: the home you want to buy, sell or rent, your budget and requirements.
- When you become a client, details needed for the transaction, such as identification required by law and for the agency agreement.
- Anonymous website statistics (page speed and visits) that do not identify you. We do not use advertising cookies.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange viewings or valuations.
- To advise you on buying, selling or renting property, and carry out the transaction.
- To send you property information you asked for, such as new listings.
- To meet our legal and regulatory duties, including those under the Estate Agents Act.
We use your data only for these purposes, or others we tell you about first. We do not sell it.
Who we share it with
Only where needed for the purposes above:
- PropNex Realty Pte Ltd, our estate agency.
- The other party's agent, lawyers, banks and valuers, when you transact.
- Service providers who process data for us under contract, such as our enquiry form and customer records system (PepperCloud) and website hosting.
- Government authorities, where the law requires it.
Calls and messages
We will only call, text or message you about property marketing with your consent, or after checking the Do Not Call Registry as the PDPA requires. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Keeping it safe
We protect your data with reasonable security measures and limit access to the people who need it. Some of our service providers store data on servers outside Singapore; we use only providers that protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or required by law, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- stop using your data (withdraw consent). We may then be unable to continue serving you.
We will reply within 30 days.
